A good OEM project starts with a locked base specification
Before artwork or packaging work begins, define the base product platform, capacity, voltage and frequency, refrigerant, target market and any required documentation. Custom branding should not hide unresolved technical decisions.
Separate technical approval from branding approval
Track the product specification, logo placement, panel appearance, remote, rating label, carton, manual and accessory list as separate approval items. This makes mass-production signoff easier to audit.
Use production evidence and QC checkpoints
Agree how incoming material, in-process assembly and final inspection will be verified for the order. Real production media is useful, but it should support—not replace—written specifications and inspection criteria.
Confirm destination documents before shipment
Certificates, energy labels, manuals and import documents depend on the product and destination. Confirm the required package during quotation and again before shipment.
Keep repeat orders controlled
Store the approved model specification, artwork and packaging files as the reference for repeat production. Any component or configuration change should be reviewed before the next bulk order.
